FENG, BSc, MSc, PhD Project Director | | Dr. Feng graduated in Biology with both a BSc and MSc from Hebei Normal University. Afterwards she came to Beijing’s China Agricultural University to complete her PhD in molecular biology on transgenetic plants and gene function. Dr. Feng was also specialized in investigation of plant-virus interaction mechanisms during her stay in the Institute National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA), France. As project director she works closely with all laboratory members to ensure the smooth running of HKLife’s many projects. | | | | | | Michael H.K. HUI, BSc, MSc Laboratory Manager | | Mr. Michael Hui graduated in Biology at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and stayed to complete his Masters in Environmental Science. He possesses extensive experience and skills in biochemistry and molecular biology. Michael’s current responsibilities are overseeing laboratory operations, managing the various molecular testing services and providing technical consultancy services to our clients. | | | | | | Dr. Scott M.H LI, BSc, MSc, PhD Project Manager | | Dr. LI graduated from the College of Agriculture and Biotechnology, part of China Agricultural University. His PhD research was in molecular plant pathology and he specialized in molecular and cell biology, genetics and biochemistry. He has adapted his many skills for use in the field of innovative biotechnology research. | | | | Linda X.J. XU, B.Eng, M.Eng, MSc Research Engineer | | Ms. Linda Xu possesses sound knowledge in medical image information restoration, stochastic modeling on bio-regulatory system study and holds two master degrees in Bioengineering and Biomedical engineering. Her research interests are in biomedical image processing, bioinformatics and gene chip design.
